Bemcmd -o23

Hello,

I need to check if there is no running job's before I start my scripts, so I've found that bemcmd.exe -o23 should work fine, but I've tried to get it working and it doesn't list me jobs from Job Monitor doesn't matter -s or -q I'm using..

How I used it: bemcmd.exe -o23 -s"Running"

Could you please give a me working example how to use this script?
