Backup Exec 2010 SP1error on backup completion

I have Windows 200

2008 R2 Server running the Backup Exec 2010 SP1. The backup ends with the following error:

Backup- System?State
VSS Snapshot warning. File %BeBootDrive%\bootmgr is not present on the snapshot.
 

Could someone please guide me to get rid of this error. I have4 disabled Advance File option for now. This is an urgent issue as my customer is not very happy with me for not being  able to resolve...please! please! help me out asap. thank you
