GRT Error while backup VMware servers

Hello,

I’m getting security error while backup VM Servers (C\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download)

Or the job will be completed with exception but can’t perform GRT. We are using Backup exec 2010 R3

Can someone guide me from where can exclude these folder from been backed up on all my VM server

C\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Stopping windows update and deleting the folder was not good idea the folder will be created again and same error will appear

I have write on the exclouding path the following;

1. \\*\*\win*\softwaredistribution\downloadl\*.* /subdir /exclude  \
2. \\*\*\ C:windows\softwaredistribution\*.* /subdir /exclude  \

None of the above worked :(
