Backup jobs are completing with exceptions

Hi,

I am using Backup Exec 2012 and my backup jobs were successfully being completed when i was using Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 but after installing Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2 on all the servers, its somehow completing but with exceptions.

I am getting the following exception on each and every job.

Pls suggest any solution if available.

VSS Snapshot warning. File c:\program files (x86)\common files\symantec shared\eengine\eraserutilrebootdrv.sys is not present on the snapshot.
VSS Snapshot warning. File c:\program files (x86)\common files\symantec shared\eengine\eectrl64.sys is not present on the snapshot.
