Backup Exec Server add Servername to Authentificationlist

Hi,

I have the following problem:

When I try to backup an Oracle DB the Backup Exec Server 2012 gives me the error (0xe0001402) that the Servername is not in the Authentificationlist and that I should add the FQDN to the list. But I can't find the list. I found an old article from 2007 http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH50855&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1369831575915 , but that didn't help me.

Can someone please help me with this issue?
