Cannot Access Directory in Exchange 2003

I need a solution

Hello

First the basics:

I am running Backup Exec 12.5 Rev 2213 with Service Pack 4 on a Windows 2003 Enterprise SP2 server. The Exchange server is a Windows 2003 Ent SP2 server also. I am running Exchange 203 ver 6.5.7638.1

My backup from this previous weekend failed, because it could not access one of the two mail stores(mail store 1). The error is V-79-57344-3396. This is the second time this has happened. I ran a seperate backup of the same mail store, and got the same results. My Exchange differential backup has not had the same issue. Before this error everything was running fine. On both backups, the first failed one and the seperate backup of the store, the data was clearly backed up, because the size of the backup corresponded with the size of the store. But for some reason the job says it cannot access the directory. When I go to the Restore application, it shows the backed up data as being empty. Attached is the Job file for the failed Full backup, and the Mailstore1, which is the backup of just the mail store that is the issue.

Actions taken:

I have researched this from the other posts on the forum, and I have restarted the Backup Exec service on the Exchange server before the latest attempt to do the Full backup.

I am not having this issue with any other backup that I am running on the other servers on my network.

 

Any help will be apprieciated.
