Backup Exec - Media Set label is not changing after writing data to Tape

Hello,

I am using backup exec 2010 R3 and I can see the media set label is showing Scratch media after something is written to the tape. It was not like this before. AFter the job finish this will automatically push to the Media Set (Daily , Weekly, and Monthly). Can you show me the right direction to fix this issue ? Because of this , the same disk overwirtting ... Please help ....
