Can't connect to the ESXi 5.5 Server

Hello everyone

I need your help.

I got 2 ESXi Server installed.
On the first one is a Windows 2008 R2 running installed Backup Exec 2012

And on the second one are some Windows Server 2012 running.

When I try to connect the BE with the other ESXi it gives me "Can not connect to 'VMVCB::\\EnterIP\Virtual Center'.
