Can i backup a NAS( EMC2-VNX5300) with BACKUP EXEC 2010???

Hello everybody. i use several Server 2008 and use NAS(EMC2-VNX5300) in my company.

The NAS is on our network as a network drive. WE use a domain, exchange system also.

I need to know it is possible to backup a NAS(EMC2-VNX5300) with Backup Exec 2010 or not.

i set up the NAS Drive on the Reasuce tree of BE2010. but i couldn't access into the NAS. IT denied administrator account and others all.

So.. is there any solution for this problem?
