Windows 2012 R2 Restore - Unable to swap out active registry hive

Hi

I am getting the above error when trying to restore the C: only(not the system state) of a Win 2012 R2 server using Bacup Exec 2012 SP4.

Any ideas?  - Screen shot of error attached.
