Unable to install BE Agent on a workgroup Server

Hi!

We are getting the below errror while trying to install BE 2014 agent on a win 2008 R2 server which is in a workgroup. BE Server is a domain connected server. We already have another workgroup server connected to BE Server and the backup is working.

We are using the administrator account in this server to install the agent but still getting Access Denied message.
