Use different backup edition in CASO

First of all sorry for my inglish, iam not a inglish speaker.

I would like to know if can someone help me with this enviroment issue.

Today iam using a Backup Exec 15 with the following licenses.

12 wondows agent

4 aplication and databese

3 Vmware and hyper-V

5 Linux agent

1 NDMP

1 TL expansion option

and now we are building a Remote site and we want to replicate everything to a remote site, the solution i came up to this is to use CASO, but, one doubt came up, we are planning to buy Backup exec Capacity Edition with about 15TB and i would like to know if different licensing mode can operate in CASO (Central Administration Server Option), please i need to know, we are buying capacity because buying agents is too expensive fo our client.
