Cannot Backup EV after migration

I am unable to perform backup after EV migration to new server. Everything is working fine on EV server.

Old enviroment:

Windows 2003 R2

SQL 2005

EV 9.0.4

Backup exec 2010 R3

New enviroment:

Windows 2008 R2

SQL 2008 R2

EV 9.0.4

Backup exec 2010 R3

I can see the ev site and select it but when I backup I get the error message below

Error category    : Resource ErrorsError             : e0009504 - For the Backup Exec Enterprise Vault Agent, the Enterprise Vault services are not responding to commands sent by Backup Exec. Ensure that the Enterprise Vault Directory Service is running.
