How to see more 12 servers?

Hi all,

like say in the title i should know how i can't see more than 12 servers in my consol list.

I can install remote agent on the 13th (or more) server (win 2012 uk) but it doesn't appear in the server list and so i can't plan a backup.

I already check firewall, fqdn name in the remote utility
