Backup Exec 2012 QuickStart License

Hi, Is there any difference between the .ISO files for the Backup Exec 2012 Quickstart and the full Backup Ezxec 2012 software? Is it just a matter of license keys that differentiate one from the other? If I've installed the Quickstart version that I got with my Dell tape auto-loader and later on wish to use more advanced features like the agent for VMware/Hyper-V do I need to uninstall my backup exec and install a different one, or do I just simply plug-in the license keys to open up the additional fweatures?
