Backup Exec 2012 shared with a Hyper-V Host

Hi,

My Server setup:

Dell R720 (running hyper-v and backup exec 2012 at the same time)

2x E5-2630

16 GB RAM

2x 15K SAS Drives

10x 7.2K NL SAS Drives

Windows 2008 R2 STD with Hyper V

Host OS

Windows 2008 R2 STD

Backup Exec 2012

VM1

Windows 2008 R2 STD

Milestone xProtect Express

I need to backup just specific archive folders on my VM1 running xProtect Express.

As I understand a Remote Agent for Windows (RAWs) is required. In order to backup the folders on my VM 1.

Do I need to purchase any additional license or options ?

Can I point Backup Exec 2012 to use a SQL Express 2008 R2 running on a VM?
