I want to create a job of differential backup with 30 days data auto delete

Hi i want to create a job with differential backup, in which i will take a diffential backup after a full backup.
I want only 30 days backup not more that 30 days, after 30 days the old data of more than 30 days should be removed itself.

I AM USING BACKUP EXEC 2012.
