Backup Exec 2012 R2 Release

Hi,

I have been looking through the forums and I cant seem to find a deff answer or a rough date for when Backup Exec 2012 R2 is going to be released.

I am currently in planning to upgrade my server farm to Server 2012 and this has been put on hold until I know I am going to be able to back it up with Backup Exec 2012.

Does anyone know the release date for the product or any rough ideas? I heard there was going to be something around Jan 2013 but im yet to find any more information.

I am following the topics on backingup windows 8 and server 2012 and I can see no updates on these.
